SPINACH CHEESE SWIRLS

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 C shredded muenster or Monterey Jack
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed & drained

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 & lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Stir egg & water in small bowl. Stir muenster, Parmesan, onion & garlic powder in medium bowl. Brush pastry with egg mixture. Top with cheese mixture & spinach. Roll up like jelly roll & cut into 1/2" slices. Lay flat on baking sheet, brush with egg mixture, bake 15 minutes til golden brown.
