Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 pound of 80% lean hamburger, crumbled
- 3 pounds potatoes, sliced
- 8-10 carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in pan until limp, but not brown. Pour off excess fat. Line bottom of pressure cooker with bacon. Layer hamburger, carrots, potatoes, and onions. Sprinkle with a generous amount of pepper. Add one cup of water to cooker. Cook in pressure cooker on medium for 30 minutes. You may also use a pan with a lid and cook for one hour on medium. DO NOT remove the lid from the pan during cooking time.
