- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 can milk

Brown hamburger and onion in oil until done. Add soup and milk. Heat thoroughly. Serve over mashed potatoes.
