Ingredients

  • (Serves 8) (Can use two 8x8 glass casserole dishes

  • 4

    oz medium noodles

  • 1

    C chopped celery

  • 1/4

    C chopped onion

  • 2

    T butter

  • 2

    T flour

  • 1

    11 oz can mushroom soup

  • 3/4

    C milk

  • 1

    lg can tuna

  • 1/4

    C chopped pimento

  • 1/4

    C parm cheese

Directions

Cook the noodles. Set aside. Saute the celery, onion and red pepper in butter until limp. Stir in the flour and cook for two minutes. Add the soup, milk and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Remove from stove and add the tuna. Place in two glass casseroles. Cover with Parmesean cheese and cook at 375 for 20 minutes.
