Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1 pound very lean ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small bunch parsely
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 apple
- 2 plums
- 1 head cabbage

Preparation
Step 1
Put rice in small amount of hot water and keep in warm place.
Put beef and onions thru grinder twice. Separately put thru grinder green pepper/parsely
In a large deep pot boil salted sater cut core of cabbage cook 12 minutes.
1/2 stick butter in large frying pan low heat brown meat/onion mixture and slowly add green pepper and parsley. Add to this mixture thyme/sugar/salt add rice and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Bring to boil and remove, add garlic after stuffing.
1/2 can tomato sauce 1/4 stick butter apple/plums on top. Cook for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
