- 4 medium potatoes cooked
- 4 green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Peel and shred potatoes. Combine potatoes with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt, and pepper. Turn mixture into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes.
