Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup nuts chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups carrots grated
- 1 (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cake: Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs and oil and mix well. Add carrots and beat for 2 minutes. Grease and flour three 9 inch cake pans. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Icing: Cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Mix well. Frost cake.
Keep refrigerated.
