Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 raw carrots grated
- 3/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Stir ingredients together and pour into 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes.
