  • 1 box Knorr leek soup mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 box chopped frozen spinach, drained and patted dry.

Mix all and chill for 2 hours. Great with small bread rounds!
