Ted's Bacon Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 4 c. white onions (chopped)
- 2 green peppers (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 12 oz. water

Preparation
Step 1
Bring large pot of water to boil and add pasta. Cook until Al Dente. Remove from pot, drain, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dice bacon and fry in a pan until crisp.
Add onions and green pepper. Add spices, salt and pepper, and cook until onions are translucent.
Add tomato paste and water.
Cook sauce on low for 30-40 minutes, stirring often.
Add spaghetti to sauce and stir thoroughly. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Optional - top with shredded cheese.
