  • 1/2 c butter softened
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 c evap milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 c fresh or frozen blueberries

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, powder, salt, milk and vanilla. Fold in fruit. Pile high in muffin tins, prepared with PAM. Bake 25-30 min
