Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup seedless blackberry jam
• 1 1/2 T white vinegar
• 2 T seeded, minced jalapeno peppers
• 1/2 T minced garlic
• 1 T corn startch

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil and simmer about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Brush sauce over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
