Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Currants
- 2/3 Cup Pine Nuts
- 1/4 tsp ground saffron
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 chopped Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tsb Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Tsb ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp+ Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Mint

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve saffron in olive oil for 15 minutes. Add Spices. Cook Pasta. Add Oil. Add pine nuts, currants, parsley. Add pomegrante seeds. Serve at room temperature
