Ingredients

  • 1 14 0z. can Chickpeas drained
  • 5 oz. fresh Spinach leaves
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2-3 Tbs. Tahini
  • 2 Tbs. Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 2-3 Tbs. Turkish seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp. ground Pepper
  • 2-3 Tbs. Olive oil

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine.

Pita chips can be made by brushing wheat pitas with olive oil and sprinkling with Turkish seasoning cutting into 8 wedges and baking at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
