One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Heat oil. Add garlic and saute for about 1 minute. Add broth, milk butter and pasta.

Bring to a boil. Stir to mix pasta thoroughly. Cover and simmer until pasta is done, about 18-20 minutes. Add more milk if needed to make a thick sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Stir and serve.
