Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Refrigerate can of coconut milk for at least 2 hours (best if refrigerated overnight.
2. Open the can and scoop out the thickened coconut cream on top into a mixer. Drink the water at the bottom of the can or save it for a smoothie.
3. Add vanilla and cinnamon if desired and whip until it begins to thicken.
