- 1 apple
- 5 t sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Thinly slice the apple crosswise into rounds, removing seeds. Put on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets in a single layer.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half the mixture on the apple slices; flip and sprinkle with remaining mix.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours, flipping once.
