Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 TBS grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- salt
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- lime zest
- 1 1/2 lbs large peeled deveine shrimp
- Cocktail chile sauce:
- 1/2 tsp sweet chile sauce
- 1/2 cup peach preserve
- 2 TBS hot Chinese mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients together in ziplock. Add shrimp and refrigerate only 20 minutes.
Grill as usual.
Whisk together sauce ingredients, refrigerate until ready to serve
