White Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 1 White onion
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups jack cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilies (drained)
- 2 cans white beans (cannellini, drained)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 14 oz chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Saute chopped onion in 2 tbs butter in pan until translucent. Take remaining butter and melt in another pot and melt, add flour and cook for 4-5 minutes until bubbly and flour smell has cooked off, add cooked onions. Slowly stir in broth and milk and bring to boil and let thicken. Add spices, beans, cheese, chicken and chilies, cook for 20 minutes. Before serving fold in sour cream.
