Ingredients
- 8 tbs butter softened
- 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
- grated zest of one large lemon
- 4 1/4 cups confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In a large metal mixing bowl cream the butter. Add the lemon juice, zest and 1/2 the sugar until smooth. Now gradually add the remainder of the sugar and beat until smooth. If needed thin with a little more lemon juice or 2% milk.
