Ingredients
- 5 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 12 ounces of cream cheese
- Splash of milk
- salt and pepper
- Cheese, grated
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Mash cooked potatoes and add butter, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
Spread them out in a shallow glass dish or pie plate.
Grate some cheese on top and put them in a 350 degree oven until the top starts to brown.
