Baguettes with parmesan and garlic

Ingredients
- 4 heads garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 medium baguettes, halved crosswise and torn open lengthwise.
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 475. Cut 1/2 inch off the top of each head of garlic. Place each garlic head on a piece of foil, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil. Wrap tightly. Place all on a baking sheet and place in oven, roast until tender and golden brown, 30-35 minutes.
Preheat broiler. Brush torn sides of baguettes with 1/4 cup oil, sprinkle with salt and season with pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet and broil until golden, 3 minutes.
Shave parmesan cheese using a vegetable peeler. Serve baguettes with roasted garlic and parmesan on the side.
