- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare cake per mix for two 8-9" layers. Cool completely.
2. Beat pudding mix and milk with a whisk 2 minutes. Immediately spread over tops of both layers. Stack cake layers and frost with cool whip. Refrigerate.
