Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 lb. bones skinless chicken breast
- 8-10 medium potatoes cut in 1/2 cubes
- 1/3 cups olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 6 tbsp. hot sauce
- shredded cheese
- 1 cup bacon (cooked)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Mix oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce in bowl; add potatoes stir to coat; spoon into baking dish. bake for 45-50 minutes stirring every 10-15 minutes.
While potatoes cook; add cubed chicken to remaining sauce mixture; stir to coat
When potatoes are done, reduce heat to 400. Top with chicken. Mix cheese and bacon in a bowl and add on top of the chicken. Bake for 15 minutes.
