Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can Farmer's Market sweet potatoes organic puree
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 9-inch pie shell, deep dish

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sweet potato with remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 F degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 F degrees For an additional 35-40 minutes.
Thoroughly cool pie before serving.
