  • 1 15-ounce can Farmer's Market sweet potatoes organic puree
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 9-inch pie shell, deep dish

Step 1

Mix sweet potato with remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 F degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 F degrees For an additional 35-40 minutes.

Thoroughly cool pie before serving.
