Ingredients

  • 3

    cups cold coffee

  • 2 1/2

    cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1

    cup pumpkin puree

  • 1

    tablespoon pumpkin spice

  • 1

    tablespoon pumpkin spice

  • Splenda, to taste

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients except coffee. Pour pumpkin mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Blend pumpkin ice cubes and coffee until smooth. Top with fat free Cool Whip if desired
