Candied Pumpkin Spice Pecans
To mix up your own pumpkin pie spice combine 4 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp. ground ginger, 1 tsp. ground cloves and 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. Store in an airtight container. Makes 7-1/2 tsp.

- 2 cups pecan halves

Step 1
In a large heavy skillet, melt butter. Add sugar; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat; cook until mixture turns an amber color, about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in pie spice and vanilla; add pecans. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes longer or until pecans are toasted. Spread onto foil to cool.
