- 3 TBS raspberry vinegar
- 1 TBS minced shallots
- 1/4 tap each kosher salt and black pepper
- 5 OZ fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 TBS slivered almonds, toasted
