Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Place inverted baking sheet onto bottom rack of oven. Stretch dough into 15 by 9 inch rectangle on parchment paper. Top with olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and slices of potato. Sprinkle with pecorino cheese, bake until crisp, 15 minutes.
