Pork Schnitzel with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb pork cutlets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cups mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/3 cups chicken stock
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper. Press pork into flour mixture and turn to coat. Reserve remaining flour mixture.
In skillet melt butter over medium heat turning once about 6 minutes.
In same skillet fry mushrooms and garlic until no liquid remains about 5 minutes.
Add reserved flour mixture, cook for one minute. stir in stock and bring to boil about a minute. Stir in sour cream and soy sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
