Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup all purpose flour

  • salt and pepper

  • 1

    lb pork cutlets

  • 2

    tbsp butter

  • 3

    cups mushrooms

  • 2

    cloves garlic

  • 1 1/3

    cups chicken stock

  • 1/3

    cup light sour cream

  • 1

    tbsp soy sauce

Directions

In shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper. Press pork into flour mixture and turn to coat. Reserve remaining flour mixture. In skillet melt butter over medium heat turning once about 6 minutes. In same skillet fry mushrooms and garlic until no liquid remains about 5 minutes. Add reserved flour mixture, cook for one minute. stir in stock and bring to boil about a minute. Stir in sour cream and soy sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
