Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. tri-tip or flank
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c roasted slivered almonds
- /34 c cilantro
- 1/2 c raisin
- 1 t chipotle
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t lime juice
- 1 t oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C mango, peach salsa
- 10-12 corn tortillas, fresh soften in oil on stove
