Step 1
pound pork tenderloins into ½ inch thick pieces. Then salt and pepper and heat oil over medium high heat and cook about 5 minutes per side just until browned. Then in a small bowl mix 1 c low sodium chicken broth with 2 tbsp flour and add this along with 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp crumbled dried rosemary and 1 8 oz pkg fresh whole mushrooms. Heat this to boiling then reduce heat and cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until pork is done. We tried this on 2/12/09. We both liked it. The sauce was good. I did not add the mushrooms except to mine. It was quite good.
