    Large Head of Broccoli

    C Sour Cream

  • ¼

    C Parmesan Cheese, grated

    T Butter

  • ½

    C Bread Crumbs

  • ½

    C Swiss Cheese, shredded


Trim broccoli; cut into 1 inch florets. Peel stalks; cut into 1 inch chuncks. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 inch of water to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli stalks; cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add florets; cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain; keep warm. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and parmesan; mix well. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and stir until coated with butter and toasted. Preheat broiler. Toss the broccoli with sour cream mixture until coated. Turn into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and swiss cheese. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cheese melts.
