Seal perforations and press up sides to form crust. Bake 10-12 minutes and remove from oven. Next, mix 2 packages cream cheese, 1tsp lemon zest, 2 eggs, ½ cup
parmesan cheese and one pressed garlic clove. Finely chop 1 can artichoke hearts with chopper and add to cream cheese mixture. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Arrange 2 sliced plum tomatoes and parmesan cheese over filling. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and cut into triangles.
