Ingredients
- 10 oz. can choppped pineapple - drained
- 5-6 slices white bread
- 1 stick butter - softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease casserole dish with butter
1. Cream butter and sugar until well blended.
2. Slowly add 1 egg at a time until well blended. After all eggs are added, fold in pineapple.
3. Lay bread in buttered casserole dish.
4. Pour pineapple mixture on top of bread.
5. Bake in oven for approx. 45 minutes or until golden brown.
