Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp.baking powder
- 2 tsp.ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp.baking soda
- 1/4 tsp.ground nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp.vanilla extract
- 3 cups All-Bran
- 2 cups shredded peeled tart apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
In alarge bowl,combine first six ingredients.In another bowl combine the milk,eggs,brown sugar,oil and vanilla.Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.Fold in remaining ingredients.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.Bake at 350degrees for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.Cool for 5 minutes before removing fro pans to wire racks.
