Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water, drained and halved
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions white and green parts only
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
