  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water, drained and halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions white and green parts only
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
