Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 / c. granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon,
ginger, cloves and evaporated milk.
Pour into lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
Sift cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture, do not mix in.
Drizzle with butter and sprinkle nuts over top.
Bake at 350” for 40-50 minutes until a knife inserted in
Center comes out clean.
Especially delicious with ice cream and on day two!
