Ingredients

  • Layer 1
  • 2 cups salted pretzel sticks, broken finely
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons of sugar
  • Layer 2
  • 1 8 oz. package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip Light topping
  • Layer 3
  • 1 6 oz. package strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 10 oz. boxes frozen strawberries, sliced – use juice and all

Preparation

Step 1

Layer 1:
Combine 3 ingredients and spread on the bottom of a 9X13 inch baking
Dish. Bake at 400’ for 7-8 minutes. Cool.


Layer 2:
Whip the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread
Over cool pretzel crust

Level3:
Mix jello and water until jello dissolves, add frozen strawberries and stir.
Let cool until almost set. Spread over cream cheese layer

Keep in refrigerator.
