Ingredients
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple
- 1 medium red apple
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 C. sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 C. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Core and slice apples, leaving peels on. Coarsely chop apples and place in Classic Batter Bowl. Zest lemon to measure 1 tsp. zest. Juice lemon to measure 1 tsp. juice. Add lemon zest, juice, cranberries, ice cream topping and cinnamon to batter bowl; mix well. Serve with Cinnamon Tostada Chips.
