Ingredients

  • 1 c. organic corn meal
  • 3 c. organic white flour
  • 1 1/3 c. organic cane sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. grape seed oil
  • 6 Tbsp. organic grass fed butter, melted
  • 4 large organic eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. organic lactose free milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a big bowl.
3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add oil, butter, eggs and milk.
4. Stir until mixed.
5. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
