Ingredients
- 14 small new red potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 6 eggs, hard cooked, peeled and halved
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 2 scallions, all white and 2 inch green thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill weed
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tablespoons heaping Grey Poupon Parisian mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes 25 minutes in salted boiling water. Rinse. Cool. Cut in half. Combine remaining ingredients with potatoes. Chill
