Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

mix first 5 ingredients; put 1/2 on bottom of pan
put chopped rhubarb on top of crust
Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla and pour over rhubarb

put rest of crust on top

Bake for 350 for one hour
