Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lotsa black pepper
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni, cooked,
- drained
- 3/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 3/4 cup red chopped peppers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 stalks chopped celery, I use leaves too
- 3 hard boiled egg, chopped

2. Stir into remaining ingredients
3. Cover and chill.
