Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 4-5 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour gradually. Then add apples and nuts.Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Place in cold oven and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
