Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 oz. each) beef broth
- 1 gallon water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2-3 lbs. beef short ribs
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. dry parsley
- 8-12 oz Kluski pasta or egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water with beef broth in a large pot. Add onion and beef short ribs, salt and pepper generously. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Remove meat with slotted spoon, de-bone, chop up and place back in pot along with tomato sauce and dry parsley. Stir and continue to simmer a few minutes, then add Kluski or egg noodles. Simmer until noodles are tender.
