Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c all purpose flour
  • 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c + 3 T 1% milk
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 20 oz can sliced peaches, drained
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c +2 t sugar
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray.

In med bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, 1/2 c of the milk, egg, baking powder, and salt and stir until blended. Pour into pie plate and arrange peaches on top.

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 c of the sugar, and remaining 3 T milk and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining 2 t sugar.

Bake 35 min or until set. Serve warm or cold.
