Marinated Broccoli for Antipasti or Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 t crushed red pepper
  • 1 head garlic minced
  • 1/4 t salt and some black pepper
  • 1 1/2 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Blanch florets for 1 minute only and plunge into ice water. Dry florets on towel.

In mixing bowl, combine other ingredients.
Add broccoli and chill.
Serve as salad or finger food.
