Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 2 cans (6.5 oz) minced clams in juice, undraine.
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- juice of 1/2 lemon, plus wedges for serveing

Step 1
Bring a lg. pot of lightly salted watrer to boiling. Heat bacon in a lg. nonstick skillet over med. heat. Cook 8 minutes, until crisp. Remove to pape towels.
Add olive oil and garlic to skillet. Cook 2 minutes, stirring so garlic doens't burn. Stir in spinach and cook 3 min.
Meanwhile, add spaghetti to biling water. Cook 6 minutes and drain. Return to pot.
Stir clams with juice and pepper flakes into skillet with spinach. Cook 3 min. Add spinach mixtrue to pasta along with lemon juice. Toss to combine.
