Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites + little water
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 - 5 C flour
  • Salt
  • __________________________________________________
  • Filling for Ravioli
  • 1 1/2 # Ricotta
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbl grated cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking time 75mins

Preparation

Step 1

Pasta:
Mix & roll out thin to fill ravioli tray. Place 1/2 rounded tsp of ricotta mixture (see below) into each cup. Cover roll with rolling pin. Freeze or use immediately.

Filling:

Mix all ingredients till well blended & smooth.
